CEO & Medical Director
Dr. Braddock attended medical school at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center and completed his studies in occupational medicine at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Braddock has served as a practicing occupational medicine physician since 1987 as well as an emergency department physician for Meridian Park Hospital since 1977.
General Manager
Matthew Jacobsen, General Manager, has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration as well as 12 years of practical, on the job experience in various facets of business. Prior to COMPI Mr. Jacobsen was the credit manager for a Portland based goods supplier where he oversaw the collection process of customer accounts, ensured customer satisfaction was high, constantly improving, and made sure sales activity met company goals. Some of his hobbies are playing tennis, golf and poker.
Liz Bernstein
Clinic Operations Manager Liz Bernstein, Clinic Operations Manager, is a Medical Assistant and has worked for Cascade Occupational medicine since 2004. She brings 15 years experience in Occupational Medicine and has held various management positions in Occupational Medicine clinics for the past 10 years. She is CAOHC, BAT, NIOSH and DOT certified and is also a DOT drug screen trainer.
HR Manager
Sarah Meeuwsen, Human Resources Manager, has a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Meeuwsen started in 2007 and has spent her entire professional career with COMPI. Sarah has quickly worked her way up thru the company and proven to be a valuable asset to the Sr. Management team.
IT Manager
Tony Docekal, IT Manager, has managed Cascade Occupational Medicine’s information technology since joining the Company in 2006. Mr. Docekal holds a degree in Finance and Computer Science as well as having five years of field experience in emergency medicine. In addition to managing the day to day functions of the IT department he is also responsible for overseeing all facility improvement projects including the construction of our Bend, OR location in 2007.
EMR Manager
Lisa Orr, EMR Project Manager, has a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration as well as 10 years experience in healthcare. Lisa has worked for Cascade Occupational Medicine since 2006, initially as a Medical Assistant and for the last 2 ½ years in her current role as a vital part of the IT team. Lisa has successfully transitioned all of COMPI’s medical clinics to Electronic Medical Records, instead of paper charts, and continues to improve the use of electronic records company wide. Lisa also trains all new employees on the use of our computer systems.
Billing Manager
Liz Russell, Billing Manager, has a Masters in Business Administration and a background of accounting in the medical field. Prior to COMPI Liz worked at a primary care group handling collections, scheduling, and communication with patients. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family, scrapbook, and play sports.
Central Scheduler
Born & raised in Oregon, Louise has worked in various positions in the medical field over the past 29 yrs, the last three spent here at Cascade. Louise is a published artist and loves to spend her spare time creating jewelry, drawing or painting. Louise also enjoys spending time at home torturing her husband of 25 years and working in the garden.

MRO Assistant
April has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has worked with COMPI for almost 6 years, 5 of which have been in the MRO office.
