Dr. Ted Kruse, MD

Dr. Kruse was born in Pocatello, Idaho but grew up in the small town of Ridgecrest in the Mojave Desert of Southern California He moved to Bakersfield California in 1965 to start college at Bakersfield Junior College. After two years he left Bakersfield for San Francisco where he had been accepted to Pharmacy School at UCSF. After two years in pharmacy he transferred to medical school, still at the UCSF campus and graduated in 1973. He finished a three year residency in Internal Medicine and then decided to practice full time Emergency Medicine. He spent twenty years in full time emergency medicine in Grants Pass, Oregon and then worked an additional ten years at the Grants Pass Clinic. He started working full time with COMPI on November 1, 2008 fulfilling a long time dream of living in Bend, Oregon.
