Dr. Margot Bolstad, D.O.

Margot Bolstad, D.O. received her B.A. in biology from Central Washington State College and her doctorate from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. She is board certified in family practice and has been practicing occupational medicine exclusively for the past 7 years. Prior to coming to Cascade Occupational Medicine she was chief of the occupational medicine department at Adventist Health.

She lives in the Columbia River Gorge in Mosier, OR, with her husband and 2 children. She is an avid windsurfer, mountain climber, and skier. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.

Dr. John Guitteau, M.D.

John Guitteau, M.D., received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Oregon Health Sciences University. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and residency trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr. Guitteau was a Staff Physician at Legacy Emanuel Hospital Emergency Department and Trauma Center from 1990 to 2001. Turning that period he was Section Chair of Emergency Services, Credentials Chairman for Emergency Service, Trauma QA representative and Clinical Director of Emergency Services.

In 2001, Dr. Guitteau elected to come to work at Cascade Occupational Medicine and focus on Occupational Medicine. He enjoys caring for injured workers and facilitating their return to work in a manner that optimizes their recovery. He understands the value and importance of maintaining good communication with companies and welcomes the chance to visit work sites to better understand the work and job duties involved.
