Dr. Kathy Chang, MD, MRO, MPH

Kathy Chang, MD, MPH grew up in Kansas City, KS. She is a graduate of University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. She completed surgical internship at the Ohio State University, along with several more years of surgery training. She completed residency in occupational medicine at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

She is board certified in Occupational Medicine and certified as a Medical Review Officer.

Dr. Pat Rask

Dr. Rask received his Bachelor of Science at University of Oregon and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in emergency medicine at St. John Medical Center in Detroit in 1998. Dr. Rask practiced emergency medicine for several years before joining Cascade Occupational Medicine. He is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians and a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
