Dr. Brian Burke, M.D.

Dr. Burke received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1996, where he was class vice-president, a member of the admissions committee, and recipient of several academic and leadership awards. He completed an internal medicine residency in 1999 at Legacy Good Samaritan and Emanuel Hospitals and was board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine later that same year. After working as a primary care physician at Legacy Clinic Northwest, he completed clinical training in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle. He joined Cascade Occupational Medicine in 2006. He has been the anchor physician at our Washington Square office since 2008, where he also serves as the fire department physician for both Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue and the Lake Oswego Fire Department.

Dr. George Saltzberg, MD, MRO

Dr. Saltzberg is a semi-retired physician. After 30 years in Family Practice he spent the next 10 years as a Clinical Director in the Federal Bureau of Prisons at Sheridan, OR and SeaTac, WA. During all those years he had always enjoyed the occupational medicine part of his practice. After retirement from federal service, joining Cascade Occupational Medicine enables him to continue his work in this area. He is also become a Medical Review Officer which he finds fascinating and challenging. He and his wife live in West Linn and have three children and nine grandchildren in the Portland area. His outside interests include woodworking and gourmet cooking.

Clinic Manager

Shari is a mother of two, and lives with her husband and children in Oregon City where she grew up. She has been a Medical Assistant since 2001. Her hobbies include photography, crafts and scrapbooking.
