November 6th, 2009 - Cascade Occupational Medicine's Saturday clinic will be closed November 28th through January 2nd, 2010. This closure is intended to allow updating of our front office and reception area and to provide our medical staff ample time with their families during the holiday season. Saturday clinic hours will resume on Jaunary 9th.

September 25th, 2009 – Cascade Occupational Medicine is very please to announced we have been chosen as the primary source for occupational medicine services by Cascade Healthcare Community (Bend, Central Oregon).
2009 Flu Shot Supply Information Lake Oswego, OR - September 23, 2009 - Our original order of flu vaccine was cut short by 25% due to an overwhelming demand for flu serum. Currently, we believe we will have enough vaccines to honor those employers who have previously set up a date and time for Cascade Occupational Medicine to come onsite and administer the vaccines. We are now placing those companies in need of flu shots on a waiting list in hopes of obtaining additional flu serum. In the meantime, we recommend consulting your local drug stores and pharmacies, such as Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer's and Safeway, to check availability of flu shots. We apologize for any inconvenience. For 2010, we recommend getting an early jump on reserving your flu shots with Cascade Occupational Medicine to help ensure an ample amount of serum is ordered to satisfy the demand.

We are pleased to introduce after-hours drug testing for our Bend/Central Oregon Clients. Should the need arise, please contact us at 541-408-2225 to schedule your after hours drug screen and/or breath alcohol test. We can collect both federal and non-federal drug screens and alcohol tests.

Our all-new Advanced Orthopaedic Physical Therapy facility in Washington Square is now open and seeing patients.
