Cascade is well staffed and does an excellent job in handling pre-employment physicals and drug screens, injury treatment, flu shot clinics, etc. Their employees are professional and work diligently to get me the information that I require. Cascade is able to quickly schedule appointments for new and existing employees and the results reported promptly. I have always appreciated the fact that the doctors will personally call me to report findings, work restrictions, etc so that I can make well informed decisions regarding the employee’s status.

Cascade is always trying to improve upon their already excellent service. They constantly ask for feedback and for suggestions with how they can improve – rare traits that I rarely see with other vendors that I work with.
